Who we are
  | | Established in 2009, Africa Data and Information Network – (ADI Network) is a full-size research agency with head office in Nairobi, Kenya. At ADI Network, we work in three complementary areas of research, evaluation and policy analysis. With close to 20 YEARS of delivering deliver consultancy services for public, private and development sector organizations. With a rigorous approach and the inclusion of academic experts, field practitioners, and a vast network of national researchers, we access complex settings and gather accurate data. We use our expertise to synthesize research findings to bring innovative insights and practical solutions to addressing the most pressing social, economic, and political issues of our time. We use data driven research publications to produce, share and use research and knowledge on emerging issues in Africa to improve the use of research evidence to inform policy and practice. Our aim is to realize the promise of research to fully understand today's critical issues and anticipate issues on the horizon, in a form which is easily accessible to those who have to make sound policy or practical decisions. We draw on the experience of our multidisciplinary team offering expertise on a range of different subject lenses. Working with subject matter experts who have deep understanding of particular topics has expanded the types of services we can offer, increased the speed at which we can deliver our work, and enabled us to improve the value, insightfulness and innovativeness of our deliverables. We have continued to expand in the African continent through our established strategic partnership with a vast network of national researchers and field practitioners. The partnership forms part of ADI Network's strategy to strengthen the field operational capabilities, including accessing complex settings and difficult environments. |
